With the latest reports on the climate changes as a reminder we want to investigate how we as planners on a regional level, can make a better use of this great water resource concerning the ecological, aesthetical, recreational and social aspects…
Our aim is to work for a vision that includes the whole Oresund region and also be able to show examples of how this vision can be applied in a smaller scale. One important aspect could be to improve the access to the water in the whole region, not only the visibility but also physically.
We will collect information on the subject by interviews, excursions, books, articles and maps. We also seek for inspiration by other cities around the world like Amsterdam and Venice.
